Don't Weight to Lose is designed to incorporate the recommendations from previous studies in order to promote self-efficacy and long-term behavior change in terms of dieting and exercise habits. The main focus of the program is to gain maximum benefits in the least amount of time, because most of us have intensely busy schedules.
